Boutique hotels in Croatia

Style and unique design. The essence of boutique hotels could probably best be described by these words. The number of these hotels which often combine modern appearance with impressive decoration and/or with historical themes, has increased in Croatia over the last few years. Other important attributes of boutique hotels are the small number of rooms, central location and the latest technology.

Hotel Bastion in Zadar for example has it all. This four star hotel was built on the ruins of the Venetian Kaštel, in the historic centre of Zadar. The ancient walls of the Kaštel can now be found conserved in the hotel building and one of the hotel terraces occupies the top of an old bastion. The rooms are elegantly furnished with Baroque style furniture.

Lesic Dimitri Palace Hotel on Korčula is a luxury boutique hotel. The design of its five luxury apartments was inspired by the journey of Marco Polo, the native of the island. Guest can choose among Ceylon, Arabia, China, India és Venice apartments, all of them combine refined elegance with a dash of exoticism. This exotic design appears in the hotel’s restaurant, as well.

Hotel Luxe in Split features an exclusive place with an extraordinary atmosphere. Located just a stone’s throw away from Diocletian’s Palace, this boutique hotels offers trendy rooms with colourful accessories and design furniture. The lobby as well as the view from the rooms’ balcony are simply jaw dropping. As a boutique hotel, Hotel Luxe clearly aims to dazzle every single guest.
